Waterless Cookware

Everyone knows that a lot of foods have a natural moisture content that is spectacular. The taste of food cooked in its own juices is fabulous. Taking advantage of that natural moisture wasn't always easy. A waterless cookware can help. Waterless cookware allows for meals to be cooked without having to add any water. That's why waterless cookware makes the food taste better.

Waterless cookware is usually made of high quality stainless steel.

Waterless cookware provides a way to cook food in an energy saving way that preserves minerals and full flavors of foods.

Nutrient preserving in waterless cookware is very important because mineral loss in this kind of cooking can be as little as 2 percent, versus almost 50 percent in regular cooking. It means that the food will be healthier for you while losing none of the taste.

As for using water in waterless cookware, we have two ways of cooking:
  • If you are cooking dry foods like rice or spaghetti, you'll need a small amount of water.
  • If you are cooking food like vegetables, you don't generally need to add water. The vegetables have enough natural juices.
